Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Tusele services.

1. Introduction & Scope

These Terms govern your use of Tusele's website and logistics/delivery services. By booking or using Tusele services you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Tusele provides passenger transport, parcel delivery, courier and logistics services. Specific service terms (rates, delivery windows, insurance options) are shown at booking and form part of the contract for that booking.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment for perishable goods. For non-perishable goods like clothes, payment is done upon delivery.
  • Prices shown exclude customs/duties for cross-border shipments—these are the responsibility of the sender/recipient unless stated otherwise.

4. Liability, Insurance & Declared Value

Tusele exercises reasonable care in handling goods. For lost or damaged items, Tusele's liability is limited to the lesser of: declared value at time of booking, the actual invoice value, or a capped amount per parcel as displayed at checkout. Customers may choose additional declared value coverage where available.

Where Tusele acts only as a carrier for third-party sellers, sellers are responsible for product refunds; Tusele's role is limited to the carriage unless Tusele explicitly sold the item.

5. Claims & Time Limits

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted later may be investigated but cannot be guaranteed. We will acknowledge claims within 24 hours and complete investigations as described in our Returns Policy.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not ship illegal, hazardous or restricted items.

If such items are found in your shipment, Tusele may refuse carriage, notify authorities, and/or destroy goods if required by law.

Customers shipping prohibited items may be liable for any claims, fines or damages.

7. Cancellation & Changes

  • For passenger bookings: cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms at booking.
  • For parcel bookings: changes must be requested before pickup; fees may apply. Uncollected parcels are subject to storage fees after a grace period.

8. Privacy

We collect personal data necessary to deliver services (contact details, delivery address, ID where legally required). We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the Competition & Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) or an appropriate Zambian court.
